About Silver Art Projects and The World Trade Center

Silver Art Projects was founded in 2018 by Cory Silverstein and Joshua Pulman with the generous support of Silverstein Properties donating the use of 44,000 sq.ft. of space on the 28th floor of 4 World Trade Center. The World Trade Center has come alive as a dynamic public space with timeless architecture. Four World Trade Center was designed by the Pritzker prize-winning Japanese architect Fumihiko Maki. The building is a model of technology, efficiency and sustainability and has received rave architectural reviews. It’s a fitting home for Silver Art Projects resident artists and their works in progress. Alongside the World Trade Center, Lower Manhattan has re-emerged in the wake of 9/11 as a model of what is most dynamic and resilient about New York City. Silver Art Projects is proud to contribute to the cultural vitality of this area and its long-time creative spirit.
